Lora Martinelli is a Director based in the Minneapolis office. She focuses on sourcing, recruiting, assessing, and relationship building with human resources professionals throughout the country. Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Lora worked for Aerotek, another of Allegis Group's operating companies. Lora most recently held the role of Clinical Account Manager, where she focused on business development and client relationship management. Before that, she led a segment of recruitment for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, screening, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for clinical research, human resources, finance, IT and commercial positions. Lora received her bachelor's degree from Penn State University. Travel is her joy, and she has been to 47 states and 36 cities around the globe. While her heart belongs in Italy, Lora plans to visit the Galapagos Islands and Machu Picchu in the coming years. Her musical tastes cover all genres, and as an avid concert-goer, Lora estimates she has attended more than 1,000 performances. She ranks Billy Joel, Pink Floyd and Muse among her favorite performers, however, will never turn down seeing Zac Brown Band in the summertime!
