Hugo is a Principal at Erevena, primarily focusing on delivering cross-functional C-suite and C-1 level searches for high-growth digital, B2C, B2B2C, and marketplace businesses across Europe and the US. While his functional specialism is in finance and technology, he has experience across general management, commercial, marketing, and product leadership roles and recent clients have included Bought By Many (Series D InsureTech), NA-KD (Series C Marketplace), Cleo AI (Series B FinTech), and Shpock (Adevinta owned Marketplace). He spent his early career in London and New York at SRI, a global executive search and talent consulting firm focused on shaping the futures of companies across the content, media, technology, and sports landscape. Hugo holds a BA (Hons), Business and Finance from Durham University.
