As a graduate with a degree in cross-cultural studies, I enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. Although my foray into recruitment was incidental, it is the best decision I have made. After a few years as a researcher for a tech recruitment firm, I decided to join Ambition's banking and financial services team.
