Craig Scheiblauer

Craig Scheiblauer is the Managing Partner for the EMA Partners Atlanta office and is the North American Practice Group Leader for Life Sciences and Healthcare. Craig's specialty and focus is in Life Sciences, Healthcare, In-Vitro Diagnostics, and Pharma and Biotech Tools companies.

Before his career in executive search, Craig held sales, marketing, and management roles at leading global companies. His career began at Abbott Laboratories' Diagnostics Division, where he gained a deep understanding of the in-vitro diagnostics industry. He then advanced to key leadership roles at Chiron Corporation, Bayer Healthcare's Diagnostics Division, DAKO, and Bacterial Barcodes, gaining hands-on experience across the biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors and providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the markets he serves.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Craig formed CSearchGroup, LLC in 2012, an executive search firm specializing in executive placement in IVD and pharma and biotech tools companies. Craig’s transition into executive search was driven by his passion for connecting industry leaders with organizations that align with their expertise and values. With over two decades of experience as an executive recruiter, Craig has cultivated a vast network of professional relationships, many dating back to 1984.
