Farid played a crucial role in the restructuring of several government and private sector organizations during Covid-19 and has been assisting organizations back on the growth trajectory since Q1, 2020. Has a rich career history which spans across several industries including semi-government & the big 4 consulting and fortune companies worldwide including: PwC, Nokia, UASC, Emaar, Xpert Learning, IBFI, P&G and Compaq. He is experienced in transformation initiatives for fortune 500 companies across the globe, alongside implementing performance systems and linking it to total rewards. He has also executed 5 major mergers & acquisitions of companies in the EMEA region. Farid studied MIS & Strategy in OSU and Cornel in the US and is a passionate BPS, EFPA & Pearson certified organization psychologist. He is married with 2 children and has been in the GCC since 2004.
