With a keen focus on asset management firms—ranging from emerging to large, well-established players—Jodi has built a strong reputation for successfully matching top-tier professionals with high-growth opportunities. Before founding iSearch, she launched and sold a highly successful executive search firm, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry knowledge. Jodi’s career began in public accounting, where she specialized in financial services for alternative assets. She then transitioned to the corporate accounting department at Tudor Investment Group, the multibillion-dollar hedge fund founded by Paul Tudor Jones. Jodi earned her accounting degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
