Franco is Professor for the past 11 years at the European University of Rome, currently teaching: Organizational Development and Leadership, within the Faculty of Psychology. He is Member of ICF as PCC (Professional Certified Coach, with almost 2,500 delivered hours). Before becomingan HR Consultant, Franco spent a big part of his professional life working as HR Manager and HR Director. For 4 years, he was HR Manager in AC Nielsen. After this experience he joined IMS Health (Dun & Bradstreet Group), worldwide leader for Marketing Info for the Pharma industry, where he spent 10 years as HR Director Italy and later as HR VP South Europe. In 2003 Franco joined Millward Brown (WPP Group) as HR Director Continental Europe. In 2008 he started his experience as Senior HR Consultant and since then his expertise is focused on HR Development, Leadership Assessment, Mindset Change and Executive Coaching. Franco holds a degree in Political Sciences and attended a Master in HR and Organization at SDA Bocconi (Milan). He is fluent in Italian and English.
