As an occupational and organizational psychologist I am interested in the best 'fit' between leader and organization. I did research on this during my studies at the University of Amsterdam. But it only really comes to life for me when I sit down with both parties and can delve into the role, motivations, values ​​and cultural aspects. Who is the person, who is the organization? Where do they find each other? I am curious, pragmatic and driven and I consider quality to be of paramount importance. Based on these values, I work as a consultant for SCM Executives, in a world that is dynamic and complex and 'therefore' very interesting to me. My background is broad: I have worked for more than six years as a connector between business and education, where I entered into partnerships at both management and executive level to increase equality of opportunity for young people. I have been a manager, trainer, coach and psychologist. Outside of work I like to be on our sailboat, in the garden or with my family in the beautiful surroundings where we live. I think it is important to leave the world better than how I experience it now and I am happy to work for that.
