Carrie joined IM’s Boston office in 2015 and brings extensive experience in talent identification and assessment. In her time at IM, she has led and worked on a broad array of higher education academic and administrative searches, with a particular focus on enrollment management. Some recent clients include: Barnard College, Cornell University, Minneapolis College of Art & Design, Mount Holyoke College, University of North Carolina Greensboro, University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine, Wellesley College, and Wesleyan University. Carrie began her higher education career as an admissions director at Lafayette College. During her time there, Carrie recruited, evaluated, and yielded applicants as a member of both the domestic and international recruitment teams. She was instrumental in several innovations to the office's recruitment strategy, including completely overhauling its ambassador program and visitation strategy. She is a former director of the Joyce Ivy Foundation’s annual college admissions symposium and now serves on the symposium’s annual planning committee. Her recruiting experience also extends to the entertainment industry, where she was a member of the agent trainee program at Paradigm, vetting writers and directors as well as recruiting clients from top-tier MFA programs.
