She specializes in Chairman & CEO, CFO and Non-Executive Director’s appointments for private equity-backed companies, working in close collaboration with sector practices to leverage Korn Ferry strong network.

Mrs. Boujnah also assists Private Equity Investors with advisory services throughout the investment cycle, from deal origination and pre-deal due diligence, to post-deal leadership & advisory services and exit preparation.

Mrs. Boujnah has 20 years of experience working with Private Equity funds across Europe, the US, Asia and Africa.

Prior to her current position, Mrs. Boujnah served as a Partner in an advisory & executive search firm dedicated to Private Equity.

Isabelle has developed a strong experience in finance & private equity throughout her career.

She started in New York, working in structured finance at BNP Paribas. She returned to Paris in 2000 and spent 6 years at Rothschild & Cie working on mergers & acquisitions, largely with Private Equity funds. She subsequently joined Quilvest Private Equity funds of funds team where she participated to the launch of private equity programs and developed funds relationships across the broad asset class, from LBO to distressed debt and secondaries.

Mrs. Boujnah is a graduate from HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris with a Major in Finance.
