With a Degree in Law from the University of Milan and her certification as lawyer, Anna discovered a fascinating world: companies. She started from one of the most renowned: Lavazza, initially as Legal Counsel and in 1994 as HR Director, at a time of significant international growth. In 2000 she extended her work to executive search, both locally and internationally. In 2013 she brought her experience to EuroSearch, where she became a Partner at the beginning of 2017. Anna loves reading and has a passion for horses and walks with her family. She works in Italian, English and French.
