As Principal at the firm’s Canada office, Nicholas brings 20 years of experience in executive search, business development, and sales in the private and public sectors across the North America and Asia-Pacific regions. He has a strong track record of success partnering with client organizations to deliver best-in-class talent in a diverse set of industries and functional areas. Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas was a Managing Consultant with Korn Ferry’s North American Industrial Practice. Earlier in his career, he spent several years in Hong Kong where he served as a Director of Asia’s largest boutique financial services search firm. In this role, he led a variety of senior and executive-level engagements with global financial services firms. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University in Montreal and resides in Vancouver with his wife and son.
