Throughout her 25 years in executive search, Cathy has excelled at working closely with clients to capture the state of the business, company culture and dynamics surrounding a specific talent need. From that point, she envisions the ideal candidate profile to attract who will thrive in the culture and exceed expectations. Viewing herself as an ambassador for her clients, Cathy applies passion and persuasion in her quest to discover the best possible talent for the position, especially those highly qualified candidates who are not active in the job market. Cathy joined ZRG Partners in 2014 as a New Jersey-based member of the Consumer, Family Business, and Human Capital Practice groups. She has led searches from Division President and Senior Vice President to Director for Fortune 500, mid-sized, fast-growth, and family-run consumer companies. As part of the new generation of women to pursue career aspirations beyond traditional roles, Cathy is passionate about the advancement of women in business. She has participated in panel discussions on gender parity at PepsiCo and GSK Consumer, along with other industry events. She is an active member of the Network of Executive Women, a professional organization for women in the consumer and retail industry, serving on the NY Metro Chapter Steering Committee as well as regional planning committees. Before joining ZRG Partners, Cathy worked as an executive recruiter in the Chicago area, running her own search practice for 10 years and working for boutique search firm Kensington International for five years. Cathy’s career started in sales, representing professional service providers to Fortune 500 companies. Guided by the client’s history, culture, and goals for the future, Cathy has recruited leaders including Division President, General Manager, CHRO, Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Product Development, Senior Director of Innovation, Senior Director of Marketing, and a number of Director roles across various functions. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College with a concentration in Marketing. Cathy serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County. She loves being outdoors, and physical fitness and wellness are top priorities for her.
