Mr. Mike Eagar is an executive search professional with experience across Canada. He is a member of the Indigenous Markets Team and Ottawa office. He has completed over 100 executive search assignments at the Director, Executive Director, Vice President, President, and C-suite levels spanning across multiple industries including retail, engineering, academia, government, and non-profit to name a few. This experience has allowed him to understand a diverse array of positions and work closely with his clients to better understand their strategic and operational visions as well as the distinctive requirements each possesses. Prior to joining Leaders, Mike worked in various industries including retail and insurance. Mr. Eagar’s experience working in the inspection and engineering departments provided him with a strong basis for research, analysis, project management, information technology, and customer service. He has also enjoyed many leadership roles including sitting on the organizing committee for the Great Northern Concrete Toboggan Race and the Chemical Engineering Student Society. Mr. Eagar’s academic career continues as he progresses towards becoming a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
