Caroline is an experienced executive search professional with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing creative search strategies for Senior Management and C-Level positions globally. For the past 15 years, she has built her expertise in the Life Sciences and Agribusiness/Food sectors working for both large and boutique executive search firms.

Caroline holds a Masters in Plant Biotechnologies from the University Paris XI, France as well as two postgraduate degrees, respectively in Intellectual Property and in Marketing. In 2016, Caroline also completed an ICF-accredited Diploma in Coaching, Mentoring, and Interpersonal Facilitation in Perth, Australia.

French national, Caroline has lived and worked in France, the UK, South Africa, and Indonesia where she resides for the time being.
