I gained this experience within national and boutique consultancies in Australia. Partnering with clients in talent and candidate attraction, sourcing, selection, and retention.

I manage the HSE/Workers Compensation division of Frazer Jones and my success includes recruiting a range of qualified and technical disciplines; from graduate to senior executive appointments, covering both executive search and contingent recruitment methodologies for both permanent and contract roles.

Recognised as a significant cultural and team contributor, I have also lead and coached high performing recruitment teams, managed both small and large projects including international account management, reviewed and improved recruitment practices and processes, whilst maintaining an end-to-end recruitment delivery role.
