She has experience with Leadership Development, Individual & Group Coaching, Cultural Transformation, Board & Management Review, Compensation & Benefits, Organisation Development and Search and Selection of various Management and C-level profiles. ​ Prior to VALPEO she operated for 10 years in HR advisory services, where she acquired HR & general management expertise, combining the roles of expert, project & account manager with leading teams of consultants active in the field of HR Services. ​ Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Political Science & Public Administration, KUL, Leuven Belgium, Master’s Degree in Business Economics, KUL, Leuven Belgium and a Postgraduate in HR, Vlekho, Brussels Belgium. She is a Certified Executive Coach (Training & Coaching Square – ICF certified Partner), Certified Project Manager (PRINCE2) and Certified Change Manager (Prosci-ADKAR).
