Jay brings over 25 years’ broad industry experience to his role as Managing Director of the executive search practice. Prior to joining RPI Executive Search, Jay worked for a Fortune 500 recruitment firm for 10 years, where he successfully delivered executive and professional level search engagements across a variety of sectors. Most recently he led their executive search practice in Calgary, working with clients to discover top talent on a national basis. Jay was also a prior Principal with another leading executive search firm. His specializations include leading retained search mandates for C-Suite executives, along with senior leadership roles in finance, general management, marketing, sales & business development, human resources, health and safety, engineering, and supply chain. He has worked with clients across Canada, focusing primarily on energy, agriculture, real estate development, construction, hospitality, technology, industrial, transportation, and financial services. Over the course of his career, Jay has served the community through volunteer board leadership with a focus on capacity building, executive selection and coaching, strategic planning, financial stewardship, and other business issues.
