Mrs. Montoya specializes in executive search and leadership development for clients in the technology and telecommunications marketplace.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mrs. Montoya was the Commercial Sales Lead for Microsoft, where for five years she leds Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and IOT Solutions for the 100 top enterprises in Chile.

Before this, she worked as the National Sales Director in Sodexo B&R Mexico. Previously, Mrs. Montoya worked with GTD and Entel, major telecommunication operators in Latam, leading the commercial areas for these companies.

Early in his career, Mrs. Montoya worked at Ernst & Young in their consulting practice.

Mrs. Montoya holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile as well as a master's of business administration from West Georgia University.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
