Nick joined BWP in 2014 to launch the energy practice for the business and progressed to the role of Managing Director in 2017 responsible for the brand growth, team’s development and operations across all divisions including Energy, Real Estate, Architecture & Digital Infrastructure. Having previously led the international renewable energy desk for a leading energy recruiter in London Nick has more than 10 years’ experience in recruitment within power, utilities & renewable energy. Nicks experience ranges from senior search appointments to providing complex project hire solutions and Nick enjoys long standing relationships with some of the worlds most renowned energy companies.
