My name is Monique van Dijk and I have been a Consultant at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn since 2018. After my VWO and study Information Management in Amsterdam at what is now called the HvA, I started as a documentalist. After a few years I made the switch to Executive Search. With the exception of a side project as an entrepreneur in ICT, I have only worked for renowned Executive Search agencies. With over 20 years of experience, I enjoy looking for candidates for top positions. I started at Van de Groep & Olsthoorn in the search team and have now stepped into the role of Consultant. In this role I conduct the advisory interview with our clients and manage the selection procedure from A to Z. To identify the right candidates and inspire them to make a career change, I use a combination of market knowledge, people skills, intuition and creativity. In my free time I like to be in nature for a walk or a bike ride. I like dancing, yoga, gardening and I can regularly be found in the gym. Although I moved to the Randstad as a Brabant when I was 18 , the Brabant coziness is still there!
