Jess started her career as a private celebrity personal assistant, before becoming a private and business PA. She’s extremely organised and can very quickly understand a business’ requirements; as such she’s transitioned seamlessly into recruitment. Jess joined Tiger in February 2023 as a consultant on our temporary desk, and became a senior consultant a year later. She has a degree in photography and marketing, alongside a passion for volunteering. Jess is also a charity ambassador at Tiger and helps to drive our CSR efforts.
