With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Ms. Ross specializes in the implementation of tax strategies to minimize both income and estate taxes and help her clients achieve their financial, professional, and personal goals. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, Ms. Ross listens to her clients to determine their key financial objectives and then assists in developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive strategy to realize them. Ms. Ross works with high net worth individuals and privately held businesses in a variety of industries, including professional services, real estate and development, food and beverage, and healthcare. She advises clients on entity structure, income tax planning, succession matters, exit strategies, financial growth, and estate planning. Prior to joining Marcum, Ms. Ross spent eight years at other global and “Big 4” accounting firms.
