Mr. Ryan Mintz is a Director in the Information Technology Search Division at StevenDouglas, with over seven years of experience and success in the recruiting industry partnering with companies ranging from emerging growth to the Fortune 50. Ryan possesses a broad range of skills recruiting across various disciplines, but his deepest experience and passion lies within Information Technology. Early in Ryan’s career he was recognized company-wide as the #1 Infrastructure recruiter in 2015, and later earning President’s Club honors at his prior firm. Ryan’s clients know that they can count on him to deliver top talent whether it be for individual contributors (ie. developers, PM’s, Infrastructure, etc.), middle management, or executive leadership across the technology function. Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree at Florida State University. As a recent cancer survivor and Miami Dolphins fan, he stepped up to complete the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, and completed a 35-mile bike ride, while raising over $3,000 towards cancer research through the University of Miami.
