Melanie Kidd, Managing Director at Sandler Search Associates, has approximately fifteen years of experience working in the public and private sectors. Prior to Sandler Search, Melanie was a Manager at Archstone Consulting in the Strategy & Operations practice. She worked in numerous industries on client engagements that included growth strategy, marketing strategy, organizational design and project management. During this time, Melanie helped to initiate Archstone’s pro-bono consulting program for two non-profit organizations. She was also a key member of the MBA recruiting and New Hire Training team. In the beginning of her career, Melanie worked in the public sector, both in the US and Latin America for educational nonprofits,where she gained experience in training, recruiting, marketing and project management. Melanie received an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Duke University. She was a founding member of the Brooklyn Hospital Young Leadership Council and Soma Families. Additionally, she has been active in many cultural endeavors including dancing, singing and playing the guitar.
