​I joined Venn Group in April 2023. After working in sales for a couple of years, I felt I’d hit a ceiling and needed a change. I was drawn to the company by the people I encountered during the interview process and the team setup that sets Venn Group apart in the recruitment world. From the beginning, I knew I’d made a good decision due to the workplace environment, and my favourite aspect of working here is definitely the atmosphere in the Leeds office. In my role, I specialise in recruiting for the IT sector. It's a fascinating market where I get to handle significant roles in large-scale projects. The complexity and scale of these projects provide continuous learning opportunities. Outside of work, I love enjoying good food and drinks with friends, family and my girlfriend. I am also massively into my sports, particularly playing and watching football and cricket.
