Caylee is an associate at Focus Search Partners, based in Nashville, Tennessee. Starting her career in staffing and executive search, she quickly adapted to various integral roles such as coordinator, office manager, and researcher. As a researcher with her previous employer, she assisted four managing partners in C-Suite searches and initial conversations with candidates. Prior to joining FPS, Caylee worked in project management for the construction and robotics industries. During that time, she was responsible for over $30M in budgets spread across various projects. Caylee spends her free time with friends traveling, hiking and kayaking. She also is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and plays Fantasy Football. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from Lee University.
