Biography
Noah Schwarz is a Managing Director and Global Head of Private Credit. Noah also serves on the senior leadership team for the Global Private Capital practice (Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Growth and Venture Capital). With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Noah has developed significant search expertise within the private capital continuum, recruiting senior investment professionals, originators, operating partners and advisors. Noah serves as a trusted partner to his clients, helping them navigate GP and portfolio company needs. His clients include leading private equity/private credit/special situations and distressed funds, as well as investment banks, asset management firms and family offices. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Noah was a senior partner at Korn Ferry in the global financial services practice. In that role, he specialized in senior-level searches within the buy-side and sell-side community and provided sponsor coverage to private capital funds and their portfolio companies for the board and C-Suite assignments. Before moving into executive search, Noah spent over five years with Goldman Sachs in a management and strategy role working closely with senior leaders of the firm. Noah holds a BA in political science from Colgate University, where he was the Student Body President and also a member of the University's Presidential Search Committee. He has been a contributor and commentator to various news publications, including The New York Times, CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Fortune magazine, Reuters, Business Insider, and The Deal.
