Augusto Vidaurre is an executive search consultants specializing in the Consumer, Industrial and Financial Services sectors. He has more than 25 years’ of experience in management positions in the insurance, telecommunications and mass consumption sectors. During his career, he has worked in executive positions for corporate multinational companies such as AIG – American International Group, Yanbal International and Grupo Telefónica. His responsibilities have been local, regional and global scope, with functional responsibilities in international markets such as Spain and Italy in Europe, USA, Central America and Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Perú in South America. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Perú. He has an MBA from ESAN Graduate School of Business and a Strategic Management Specialist in Human Resources at the WDI Institute of the University of Michigan. He also completed specialized studies in digital transformation. Augusto enjoys his family, especially long walks ending in good conversation and coffee. He is passionate about playing tennis and running.
