Alonso Cienfuegos has a solid background in Human Resources management in multinational companies, specializing in the implementation of strategic Human Resources projects and managing multidisciplinary teams on an international scale. He has led initiatives related to cultural and organizational change management, professional development, talent retention, and corporate communication. He possesses extensive experience in transformation, reorganization, and development projects and has participated in the corporate strategy of the companies where he has developed his professional career, both nationally and internationally, working on process improvement and the implementation of new projects. Prior to joining Ackermann, Alonso held responsibilities as Human Resources Director in multinational companies such as Allen & Overy, Ernst & Young (EY), and Grupo Bergé. Previously, he worked at Nicholson International as a manager in consulting and Executive Search projects. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Wolverhampton (UK), a Master’s in Human Resources Management from EADA, and is certified in Executive Coaching by the European Coaching School (EEC).
