Graduated in Law from Mackenzie, with an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec – SP and a postgraduate degree in New Technologies. Her current certifications include CTT Practitioner Cultural Transformation Tools from Barrett Values Centre, and over 300 hours in Career and Executive Coaching from SBC. She is an Alpha Assessment Specialist by the World Ethics Corporation – USA and trained as a Hogan Specialist. Before joining EXEC, Thais accumulated more than 15 years of experience in executive search, human and organizational development, at the largest multinational recruitment company operating in Brazil, and leading her own boutique consulting and coaching firm for career and business. Thais is a member of the 30% Club, a global NGO that promotes the participation of women on Boards of Directors. She is also a board member of WIT BR – Women in Tech and Strategy and Culture Advisor at Volpi.tech, a promising Brazilian real estate tech. A Brazilian record holder for the fastest completion time of the Seven Summits Project, the rock and ice climbing of the 7 highest mountains on each continent, including Everest. A three-time TEDx Speaker in Brazil. Currently, she is a Partner at EXEC, dedicated to executive selection projects, evaluating the effectiveness of advisory and corporate boards, and structuring and delivering human and organizational development solutions, with an emphasis on cultural and digital transformation.
