Wendy Jiang joined Amrop China in 2008, starting from a Research Associate. Based on her passion, excellent performance and continuous self-learning she has been progressively developing her professionalism to become a consultant and recently promoted to the partner rank.

Today Wendy has a strong focus on the Consumer & Retail and Industrial sectors. Over the past years she was able to establish and maintain a strong diversified network with key executives from leading companies, large multinational as well as SME’s.

Prior to Amrop, Wendy has worked for two large international search companies where she had the opportunity to serve both Eastern and Western clients. Also with these companies Wendy successfully completed many critical projects, earned repeat clients and created her client base.

Wendy holds Bachelor Degree in Information Management from the East China Normal University and an MBA from Fudan University.
