Oliver is a Director with Carlyle Kingswood Global (CKG) and runs our professional services team in Australia. During his 20 year recruiting career he has worked with many leading organisations including major law firms, the Big 4 and some of the most highly regarded domestic and international mid-tier accounting firms. He has successfully completed many complex search mandates across areas such as Tax, Risk & Compliance, Forensics, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance and audit. He has completed assignments in all Australian jurisdictions as well as several cross-boarder searches. Prior to joining CKG he spent several years working with international and boutique search firms as well as seven years working with one of the Big 4’s Executive Search teams where he focused on senior professional services and law firm mandates. Additionally, he assisted the firm’s clients by undertaking C Suite search mandates across multiple industries. In his previous career he was a Vice President with leading European and US Investment Banks.
