Working closely with Mavence (formerly European Affairs Recruitment Specialists - EARS), an international recruitment firm at the crossroads of public affairs and people management, I support the organisation's overall growth through business development, client portfolio management, coaching and public relations. I believe in the value and power of community, therefore I currently sit on the Board of Directors of Professional Women International Brussels, adding my two cents to helping women grow and succeed, while striving to advance more gender-balanced leadership. I am a passionate advocate for causes close to my heart. Highly interested in business ethics, I promote authentic global leadership through workshops, lectures, public speaking engagements and day-to-day activities.
