Elizabeth’s career began in retail with Debenhams, where she worked in Finance Operations. Enjoying the retail and the consumer landscape, she sought a more people-focused role, and moved into Executive Search with Nigel Wright as a Researcher, where she has since progressed to Delivery Consultant. Passionate about inclusive hiring practices, Elizabeth forms a key part of Nigel Wright's research function in the UK and Ireland. Recently, she has partnered with international businesses such as Unilever, Caffe Nero, and Johnson & Johnson, on roles in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance. She also enjoys partnering with smaller and medium-sized businesses to provide support on their scale-up journeys. With the goal to help attract and retain the best talent across all functions, Elizabeth’s role involves the identification, engagement, and selection of candidates for senior search assignments, while also gathering market intelligence for both internal and external insights.
