Zdenek's work focuses on the IT, Telecommunications and Financial Services sectors. He also specializes on Top Management, particularly Board of Directors and Supervisory Board positions.

Zdenek graduated in Commercial Law and Management. He began his executive search career in Prague in 1993, focusing on utility and banking and finance for several prominent firms, including setting up the markets practice for Intersearch. Before relaunching Amrop in the Czech Republic, Zdenek was a Managing Partner and Head of Transearch International in Prague. His specialization is in the IT, utilities, telecommunications, public and government sectors, as well as top management, particularly Board of Directors and Supervisory Board positions.

Zdenek is a member of the Lions Club, AESC, BDU, as well as Czech Institute of Directors, Member of the Society for the Embellishment of South Bohemia and Member of the Honorary Board of Junior Achievement, the Foundation of Tomas Bata.

Zdenek is a proud father of two sons.
