Nusrat joined Pivotal in February 2024 with 6 years recruitment experience across performance marketing roles within agencies and opportunities within MarTech. She now focuses on sourcing in-house digital talent for some of the UK's best known start-ups, scale-ups and corporates. Outside of Pivotal Nusrat loves cooking, painting, travelling and running to her favourite donut or sandwich stop as part of training for half marathons.
