Cat is a firm believer that recruitment is about being a catalyst for opportunity and transformation for both candidates and clients. When she’s not making her mark on the Melbourne tech scene, you’ll find her championing her local pub quiz, or hitting up the best live music venues. Originally from Reading in the UK, Cat studied BA Economics and Spanish at the University of Leeds before she found her true love, travelling the world, learning about new cultures and finding people their dream role. Her experience in recruitment, in both the UK and Australia, has given her a strong insight into the industry, showing her what works (and what doesn’t!). She is a people person at heart, and enjoys meeting lots of different, interesting people and being able to make a tangible difference to their careers.
