Rolf (Diplom Betriebswirt) is a Certified Executive Recruitment Consultant (CERC) and a Management Consultant with extensive experience in Strategy Development and Mergers & Acquisitions. Before founding IFM (Institut für Managementberatung; consulting in Strategy Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions and Entrepreneur succession) and AIMS International Germany (Executive Search and Talent Management) he has held senior key positions within BDO and Arthur Andersen in Germany and USA and was Managing Director at Baumgartner + Partner, a leading German Management Consulting and Executive Search Firm.

Besides his role as Partner and Managing Director of IFM and AIMS International-Germany, Rolf acted within the AIMS International Executive Board for about 10 years, thereof 6 years as President of AIMS International.

For more than 10 years, Rolf was a member of supervisory boards, both for public listed companies privately held firms. Because of this experience Rolf is the head of the AIMS International Global Practice Team “Board Services”.

Rolf is fluent in German and English.
