Alok Tripathi is a Partner at NGS Global based in Delhi/ NCR, India, and brings over 20 years of professional experience with Consulting, Outsourcing and Manufacturing firms. In his last role, Mr. Tripathi was associated with IBM's Talent Management Solutions business where, as consulting leader for India and South Asia, he engaged on a range of assignments with clients not only in India, but also in the US, the UK, Middle East, South East Asia and Japan, helping top management teams in transforming their people agenda, and adopting technology in their journey towards becoming digital-led businesses. Previously, Mr. Tripathi was a Director of Consulting at Aon Hewitt where he worked on several client engagements across the human capital lifecycle, including the largest and most complex consulting assignment in Asia Pacific for Hewitt at the time, lasting for over five years and covering 40 companies. Prior to this, Mr. Tripathi was part of the core team that set-up the business process offshoring center for Patni Computer Systems (now Capgemini) where he led their Strategy, Marketing and Business Development functions. In other roles, Mr. Tripathi helped scale up a market research and analytics start-up in India, and following his passion for executive education, he has conducted several workshops for corporate leaders and served as a visiting faculty at a business school in India. He regularly speaks on subjects like Artificial Intelligence in human capital and holds a BS in Computer Science from MMM University of Technology, India, as well as post-graduation in management from Indian Institute of Management-Calcutta.
