Richard specialises in Global Equity and Equity derivatives trading, structuring and sales on both the buy and sell side. He has executed searches at all levels and has played a key part in a number of business and team build-outs at several Investment Banks. Prior to Hammond Partners, Richard worked for an executive search firm where he built and ran the equities franchise across all equity product groups working for three tier 1 Investment Banks. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in Theology from Exeter University.
