Tilly is a Consultant in the Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics (DICE) Practice. Using her theoretical understanding of inequalities and power structures, Tilly engages with organisations to move the dial on equality and inclusion. Tilly has worked with global organisations across a variety of sectors, bringing knowledge of best in class approaches to all clients. Tilly graduated with a First Class Honours in Sociology. She conducted academic research into the relationship between youth politics, social media, and the Black Lives Matter movement.
