Aiden is focused on Front Office Technology at Odin Partners. He is responsible for the business development, competitor analysis and search projects in the APAC Front Office Low Latency Engineering space. His Executive Search Career started in 2023 after years in Contingent Search, where he built a niche within the Java development market (Sequencer Architecture). Outside of the workplace he enjoys traveling, running and watching Reading FC. Aiden read Business Management (Finance) and was awarded a First-Class Degree at the University of Leicester, UK
