Trevor Moore comes to Manhattan Resources with 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He worked as a hydrographer and surveyor offshore before settling into all aspects of personnel management for offshore vessel crews, from HR to Personnel Logistics. During this period, Trevor has witnessed the oil industry go through the full cycle and has employed innovative techniques to manage both the rapid increase and subsequent drop in demand for personnel. Trevor has also managed the integration of personnel through three mergers, successfully consolidating pay and conditions while maintaining high operational standards. He is familiar with employment law in both the USA and the UK. Before joining Manhattan Resources Trevor worker for Racal Survey, Fugro, and TechnipFMC.
