I joined JBAndrews in September 2023, dedicated to continuing my passion for connecting high quality commercial, operational and scientific talent with both start-up and blue-chip pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Whilst focusing on executive headhunting, I also prioritise engaging with my clients as a long-term partner to provide them with a top-line overview of the market, salary surveys, employee satisfaction and identifying new trends in the market that will support their ability to secure and retain the best talent. Prior to JBAndrews, I grew up in London and following 4 years of reading Law as an undergraduate and a postgraduate, I began my career in recruitment at Life Science People. There I billed over 250k in my first year, winning the permanent rising star award, led a team of 3 graduate consultants and discovered my passion for the CDMO & Biotech space. I am looking forward to continuing expanding my network within the Drug Discovery, Development and Manufacturing industry and supporting the growth of the Life Science Sector.
