During my years in corporate multinational roles in a.o. the Lighting and HealthTech industry, I partnered with business leadership and teams in the organization to design and realise business and culture transformations, ranging from high growth to business turnaround and downsizing situations. In specialist roles in Leadership & Talent Development, Capability Building, International Mobility, and Team Effectiveness, I have further built the depth and solidity of my HR & Change expertise. I have worked based out of the Netherlands and India and worked internationally with teams across the globe.
