Thomas oversees the research and delivery function for the Infrastructure practice, drawing on over 15 years’ experience in executive search and leadership advisory across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. By working closely with colleagues within the Infrastructure practice he ensures that Granger Reis’ principles of integrity, collaboration, responsibility and innovation are core to the teams’ delivery and culture. Thomas’ aim is to strengthen the company’s long-standing reputation as a partner and trusted advisor to clients and candidates. Prior to joining Granger Reis in 2020, Thomas worked for Korn Ferry, a global executive search firm in Australia for 10 years, partnering with clients in Infrastructure markets. This international role has allowed him to identify and engage with board, executive and senior leaders, advising clients as they develop growth, diversity and succession planning strategies.
