Prior to joining the Organizational Strategy Practice, she served within the Leadership Development practice. Jamie Small is fully bilingual (Spanish). She attended Xavier University’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s Program and received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University.
