Eelco Sibma (1994) studied International Relations and International Political Economy at the University of Groningen. Highlights of his student career were an exchange to South Korea and a full-time board year at the Erasmus Student Network. In his spare time, Eelco also works for a political party where he provides international training on the functioning of the European Union. He has been working at The Executive Network since 2021, where he enthusiastically supports executive search assignments. Eelco is curious, calm and involved. In conversations, he carefully analyzes the opinions and arguments of his interlocutors and responds well-considered. He is convinced that people are shaped by their environment and that a team therefore requires diverse insights. His genuine passion for human potential, combined with his interest in the motivation of the individual, makes him a natural fit for executive search.
