Pierre specializes in Financial Services across Asia and is a member of the Leadership Advisory team at Eric Salmon & Partners. He has spent over 15 years working with leadership teams and boards both as an executive search professional and as an Integral Development Coach. Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Pierre was responsible for growing the insurance executive search business in APAC for Heidrick & Struggles and other financial services boutiques both in Europe and Asia. Pierre began his career as an insurance broker in the Lloyd’s of London market. Pierre has worked extensively across diverse cultures and is well versed in the nuances of leading effectively with multi-cultural teams internationally. He is also a qualified Qigong teacher and an avid meditation practitioner. Educated in the UK, Pierre attended the University of Edinburgh and Taiwan Normal University. He is bilingual in French and English, and conversant in Italian and Mandarin. He is also trained in multiple assessment methodologies and is a certified executive coach.
